Hi to All Members,
GEAR SORT OUT Calling all helpers!! In preparation for next season we are having a sort out of all the gear and are looking for volunteers to help with this. It should only take about 3 hours and of course the more people that help out, the quicker the job will get done! So if you can spare a few hours please meet us at the Cashmere Club this Saturday 7th November at 9am
GEAR RETURN You can still return your gear from this season. If you have any gear that you still have not returned please could you drop if off at the Cashmere Club in a named bag or bring it along on 7th November.
AGM Wednesday 25th November 2009 – 7.30pm at the Cashmere Club. As we mentioned at Prize giving, several longstanding committee members are standing down this year. We especially need volunteers to assist with gear, newsletter and organising the in house competition. Our Club DEPENDS on volunteers and we desperately need some more people to assist with running the Club. Please consider how you can best help – you can contact Caroline Mason ph 9802677, email or Barbara Turner email for more information.
REGISTRATION FOR 2010 Registration for 2010 will take place on Sunday 21 February and Wednesday 24 February. Further details will follow closer to the time but mark these dates in your diary now and keep an eye on the website. Hope to see many of you at the AGM
