Welcome back to our 2011 Season. The Junior, Senior and Executive Committees would like to pass on our regards, sympathy and best wishes to you all for the earthquake and the continuing pain and disruption it is still causing.
Please be aware that committee members have also suffered loss and disruption from the earthquake. Thank you for the patience you have shown when planned events have been cancelled and for the delayed start to the season.
The best support you can offer now is to REGISTER YOUR CHILD immediately. You can do this online straight away or in person at the Registration Evening outlined below.
Please diary the important dates that follow and remember our website is regularly updated and contains all the information you need for the 2011 season!

You do not need football experience as we will provide training through a combination of in house training and training through New Zealand Football’s new ‘Whole of Football’ approach to helping clubs deliver Junior Football.
Please contact Fred Simpson freds@cashmerefootball.co.nz with any questions about coaching or training,
Working Bee The council is in the process of opening all our football fields. We will be putting up goal posts on our football fields as soon as we have clearance from Council. Dates and times for working bees will be on the website soon
Senior Section News Registration: The early payment discount ($225 instead of $240; $145 for students) has been extended until 10 April. You may register online (www.cashmerefootball.co.nz), by post or in person at the Cashmere Club this Wednesday 30th March from 6 to 8pm.
If the earthquake has altered your financial circumstances, please speak to the committee and we will see what arrangements can be made.
Season Dates (Provisional): Mainland is still finalizing plans for the season, but they have set a tentative start data of 16 April.
Fields: Many playing fields across the city have suffered significant damage. Mainland has advised that they will schedule games wherever they can, with little regard for traditional home grounds. Our fields have fared better than many. Somerfield park is open, and the city believes that Centennial and Beckenham will be open by the end of April.
